Update: Manufacturing Progress & Free Expansion!

Hey everyone!
Good news—tariffs seem to have stabilized for now, so we’re finally moving forward with manufacturers to get updated pricing. We’re hoping to keep the MSRP the same, and we want to reassure you that we will not be asking for any additional funds from Kickstarter backers, even if costs shift a bit.
Also, the FREE expansion for Expressions will be going live on our website later this week, so keep an eye out!

Hey everyone!
First off, I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in updates. Things have taken a bit longer than expected, and I truly appreciate your continued patience and support.
Right now, we’re actively weighing our options regarding international tariffs and shipping logistics to ensure we move forward in the most cost-effective and sustainable way possible. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we lock in the best path forward.
In the meantime, we’ve been hard at work on something we’re excited to share: a free PDF expansion for Expressions!
This new expansion includes 50 new missions and will be available soon on our website for all Expressions players to enjoy. Whether you’re a veteran or just picking up the game, we hope it adds fresh fun and challenge to your sessions.
Thanks again for sticking with us. We haven’t forgotten about you—and we can’t wait to deliver Effortless the way it was meant to be.

Effortless Update – Where We’re At & What’s Next

Hey everyone,
First off, thank you so much for your patience and support. I know it’s been a while since my last update, and I want to be upfront about where things stand with Effortless and why we’ve hit some delays.
Over the past few months, life threw some unexpected challenges my way, which made it difficult to keep up with the original timeline. That said, Effortless is still very much in progress, and I’m committed to delivering a game that meets—and hopefully exceeds—your expectations.
A major reason for the delay is the cooperative mode. Initially, it was a fun extra, but when Rahdo called it the best way to play, I knew it needed more attention. I didn’t want it to feel like a secondary feature, so I’ve been refining it to make sure it plays as well as it possibly can. That process took longer than expected, especially since playtesting opportunities were more limited than usual.
On top of that, there were some final art assets that weren’t quite ready, but I’m happy to report that I now have everything in place. The game is in great shape, and we’re making real progress toward the finish line.
Meanwhile, Expressions has been growing faster than I anticipated, which is exciting but has also required more of my attention than planned. That success has reinforced something important to me: quality is everything. I would rather take the extra time to ensure Effortless is the best it can be than rush to meet a deadline with something that doesn’t live up to what I envisioned—or what you all backed.
So, where does that leave us? The game is coming, and we’re pushing forward with a focus on finishing strong. I’ll provide a clearer timeline soon, but for now, I just wanted to acknowledge the delay, thank you all for your patience, and assure you that I haven’t forgotten about Effortless—far from it.
I appreciate your support more than I can say, and I’m excited to bring you the best version of this game. More updates coming soon!
